Our Head Chef, Patrick Png

Head Chef Patrick has 39 years of experience in preparing Japanese cuisine. He specialises in Donburi, Sushi and Sashimi. Over the years, he has passionately crafted his own unique approach to food preparation. He combines authentic Japanese flavours and cooking techniques with contemporary international culinary influences. Patrick sincerely believes in respecting the traditional methods of Japanese cuisine preparation while adapting to a new generation of sophisticated patrons with evolving tastes.

About Ichiho – Donburi & Sushi:

We are a contemporary Japanese restaurant that delivers fresh seafood and premium fish everyday. Well-loved for our donburi selections, we prepare each bowl with delightful flavours, textures and colours. Premium fresh sashimi or delicious cooked meat, we aim to bring you a memorable culinary experience. Our seafood is air-flown in two to three times a week, just for you!
